You will:
1. Learn that Aroma enhances our body's receptors to release and raise our vibration by supporting the nervous system.

2. Choose one of the following 10ml blends to make:

'Loving Yourself'   'Rooting'   'Higher Self'   'Stress Release'   'Inner Stillness'
3. Been shown how to set your own intentions to help your own awareness for creating change.
4. Apply the Aroma blend to your feet. You are able to continue using the blend by taking it home.
