3. Think in your mind or speak out the intention. I am love...or I am fully protected.
4. Spray into your auric field, around and in front of you.
5. Keep eyes closed.
6. Step forward into the intention and feel the change happening.

About My Aura Sprays.
The essential oils I choose are alchemised perfectly to help you shift and open up your sensory receptors a expanding your auric space, which is the energy field that is created by your thoughts, feelings, connection to the elements and to the spiritual dimensions.
