6. How to set up a calm environment for your healing space.
7. 21 Day Re-Set Of Practice.
8. Vibration of Food / Water / Chemicals and how these affect the body and home.

2. Re-Visit Gassho, The Cleansing Breath.
3. How to draw and use the symbols in your home, situations and self treatments.
4. How to tone and intone the 3 symbol's mantras and their intentions.
5. How to use symbols as a reiki sandwich for deeper healing.
6. Learn positions of chakra energy points.
7. Learn skills in intuition, visualisation to scan your own energy system.

6. Moving forward into authentic expression, as I AM / Source.
