Cost £80.00 per person for One Course.
You will learn:
1. Safety and guidelines for using the essential oils which we are using in the blends.
2. The reasons for the choices of the essential oils used to help your wellbeing.
3. The intentions you can put into your blends to raise your vibration.
4. Recipes of the blends, a clear explanation of the ratios used so you can make them for yourselves again.
5. About the quality of oils and my recommendations.
6. How to use each blend and the benefits of doing so, for your wellbeing and body.
You will make:
1. 50ml Relaxing Aromatherapy Blend.
2. 10ml Self Love Aromatherapy Blend.
3. 10ml Stress Relief Aromatherapy Blend.
At the end of the workshop you will be able to order and purchase the specific essential oils and carrier oils used with my guidance, to make the blends again that you have learnt about.
You will find out about future workshops and more blends to make.
You will be sent by email the recipes as a PDF for the three products.
