This will remove energy blocks and includes a consultation.
This is a client interactive session answering questions, re-imagining and co creating a healing together.
Indian Head Massage.
Session is 30mins.

A massage of many energy points around the head, neck and shoulders to release blocked energy and built up tension.
Aroma Reflexology.
Session is 45mins.

A massage of many energy points on the foot, ankle and lower leg, using a suitable Aromatherapy Oil to encourage the body's natural healing mechanism and chakra alignment.
Inner Stillness Healing.
Session is 40mins.

An Aromatherapy blend will be applied to your feet, you will also be able to take this home. (10ml bottle).
I will create an atmosphere and space in silence.
This allows you to hear yourself more clearly and experience your higher self.
To help you process I will use 'Beaming', a Reiki technique, allowing Reiki to flow into your Auric field.
Inner Light Healing.
Session is 1 Hour.

You will clear your timeline within the present.
I will help you to recognise blocks and stay clearer.
You will be empowered to continue to be aware of your thoughts.
I will also teach you a meditative technique to help you after the session, along with the10ml Aromatherapy blend.
Inner Child Healing.

I will help you work on awareness of yourself as the person who can decide your outcome.
I will work with you on meditative techniques and use intuitive led healing.
The Bespoke Aromatherapy Blend will help to restore joy and playfulness to create again.
Self Love Healing.

You will receive an intuitively led hands on Reiki healing session, down to your reflex points on your feet.
I will guide you to discover the importance of self love and how to implement practical steps to continue this after the healing session.
